Pulled Pork - For a Delicious Meal for the Whole Family

Ingredients
- pork shoulder, trimmed
- 330ml Trattore Cider
- 2 tablespoons fennel seeds
- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
- 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 cloves garlic
- olive oil
Method
- Trim pork and grind all the dry spices.
- Rub spice mix onto pork with olive oil.
- Place pork in oven dish, pour cider over top.
- Cover and cook for 12 hours on 100C.
- Pull apart pork whilst still in dish.
- Serve to your liking, and of course with homemade apple sauce.
