Can I return my order if I've changed my mind and no longer want?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please get in touch immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we'll be unable to make any changes.
What if my delivery is damaged or has missing or wrong items?
Please make sure you inspect your order upon receiving it and get in touch as soon as possible if any item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item or are missing an item. We'll follow up and evaluate for you. For any delivery issues we'll make enquiries with the delivery partner.
Refund and Returns Policy
Here's the nuts and bolts of our policy.
If you provided a wrong address
- If the delivery address is considered insufficient by the delivery partner, the delivery will be returned to our facility. Once we've confirmed an updated address with you, you will be liable for the additional delivery costs. The additional delivery cost will be dependent on the delivery address and may be more than our $10 shipping fee.
If your delivery is unclaimed
- Any unclaimed deliveries are returned to us. You will be liable for the additional delivery costs. The additional delivery cost will be dependent on the delivery address and may be more than our $10 shipping fee.
If your delivery is damaged or defective Items
- Please make sure you inspect your order upon receiving it and get in touch as soon as possible if any item is defective or damaged. Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 calendar days after the product has been received.
- We ask you to get in touch, prior to return of any goods.
- We may ask you to return the items or to send an image of your items.
- Return of goods is to: Attention: Summer Snow Juice, Bellevue Orchard, 544 Brown Rd, Officer VIC 3809.
- Once we receive your items or images, we will inspect them and notify you that we have received them. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting them. We'll cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you if it is confirmed the items were damaged or defective.
If you ordered the wrong product
- We only offer exchange or a refund for defective or damaged items. A new order will need to be placed if you ordered the wrong item
Returns and refunds for damaged or defective items are with the following conditions:
- orders must have been purchased directly via summersnowjuice.com.au, rather than a third party
- proof of receipt is required
- products may be requested to be returned
- if products are requested, please return in the original packaging and with receipt or proof of purchase.
Our goods come with warranties and guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Consumer Guarantees). You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
What happens when my refund is approved?
A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 working days.
I haven't received my refund?
If you haven’t received a refund, please first check your bank account again then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank as often there is a processing time delay before a refund is posted. If you still haven't received a refund, please get in touch.
