Product Recall

As you know, our products are made using just fruit-no preservatives, no artificial ingredients, just natural juice. To stop the juice from fermenting, we heat it before filling. Unfortunately, two of our products [2 Litre Granny Smith batch 2358 and the 1 Litre Pink Lady 2346] did not quite reach temperature for long enough during production, meaning a small number of bottles were not shelf stable.

Because our juices contain no preservatives, even a small shortfall in processing temperature can affect the product. As a precaution, we have made the decision to voluntarily recall these two products while we remake them to our usual standard.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may cause. While this is an isolated incident, we believe recalling the affected products reflects our commitment to quality and doing right by our customers.

For almost 30 years, Bellevue Orchard has proudly produced premium Australian apple juice using the same philosophy: simple ingredients, careful craftsmanship and uncompromising quality. During that time we have built our reputation on supplying products that our customers can trust, and this recall does not change that commitment. In fact, we hope it demonstrates that when something isn't up to our standards, we will always act quickly, transparently and responsibly.
